Agreement between Ieuaf ap Madoc vaghan ap Mad' Gough, the grantor, and Robert de Peulesdon and Mabilla, his wife, the grantees, by which four plots of land in Maillor Saysnek, conveyed by another deed, are to remain in the hands of the grantees for forty years and for subsequent periods of three years pending the repayment of a sum of £40; previous conveyances are hereby declared to be null and void.
