Bill Of Complaint, addressed to the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England, of John Lloyd of Llanllowthoge, co. Carms., esq., and Griffith Lloyd of the same gent., relating to a penal bond in two hundred pounds to John Morecrofts, citizen and apothecary of London, into which they entered with and at the request of John Protheroe late of Hawksbrooke, co. Carms., esq., as sureties for the debt of he said John Protheroe. The latter entered into a bond in three hundred pounds with them as counter-security. The said John Protheroe died without discharging his debt, and the orators were sued as sureties. They now demand recompense from the estates of the deceased in the parishes of Myrim and Llangynocke, and in the hundred of Kidwelly, co. Carms., and from his office of raglorship against Walter Vaughan of Llanelly, esq., his executor.
