The said John Protheroe died without discharging his debt, and the orators were sued as sureties. They now demand recompense from the estates of the deceased in the parishes of Myrim and Llangynocke, and in the hundred of Kidwelly, co. Carms., and from his office of raglorship against Walter Vaughan of Llanelly, esq., his executor.
