Memoranda that the principal part of Cwmcrynfe had been sold to Mr Thomas Williams of Coedmawr and the remaining part thereof to Mr John Lewis of Nantgwine, Llanddeusaint, and Panthowel and Penyrallt to Morgan Thomas, Thomas Thomas, and Mary Thomas of Panthowel, Llanddeusaint, farmers, to all of whom undertakings had been given in respect of this deed.
