Described on the inside of the front cover as 'Llyfr yn Cynhwys cyfrif o'r gasgl a ddygwyd ymlaen trwy y Deheudir gan C[hristmas] E[vans] a J[ohn] R[oberts] yn y flwyddyn 1815 [?]', the volume contains a copy of a resolution passed at a meeting in Llanerchymedd, November 14, 1815, relating to sums collected and expended by Christmas Evans in both North and South Wales, together with sermons and notes.
