Many of the deeds relate to the Trehowell estate of Richard ap Robert, which was sold to Watkin Kyffin of Glascoed in 1656. One file concerns the sale of Llwydiarth estate timber, 1870. Others relate to the Arwystli chief rents, 1881, and the Wynnstay Arms, Llanfyllin, 1891.
