Draft typescript (Transcript from the Shorthand Notes of Messrs J Moore & Son ...) of the minutes of proceedings of the Royal Commission on the Welsh Church, days 1-4, 19-20, 26-27 October 1906, varying somewhat from the published Minutes of Evidence of the Commission. The evidence relates to the parishes of Abergwili, Carmarthen, Llanelli, Llan-gain and Llanpumsaint, co. Carmarthen.

The archive comprises papers relating to the Welsh Chess Union and affiliated regional chess clubs, 1954-2014. The first group (2018 deposit) consists mainly of correspondence, minutes, and administrative records relating to chess in Wales, details of national and international tournaments, tournament participation, and papers relating to other chess associations both in Wales and overseas. The second group (2024 donation) comprises papers and memorabilia relating to the Welsh Chess Union and accumulated by the Welsh chess player Iolo Jones, including copies of the WCU magazine 'Y Ddraig', and reports and memorabilia from international Chess Olympiads.

The collection also originally contained four photographic albums which have been transferred for further conservation.

A List of Catholics connected with Wales who suffered death for the Faith, 1539-1680 A.D., with an addition and a corrigendum in manuscript by Thomas Peter Ellis.

Papers, 1906-2006, relating to the boxers Freddie Welsh and Jim Driscoll, collected by Glyn Moses, father of Ms Pamela Jones, the donor. The papers include an article 'The pride of Pontypridd' by Alexander Cordell, photocopies of articles from newspapers, a copy of the birth certificate of Freddie Welsh, 1989, and letters, 1993, from Elizabeth Efferson, his daughter to Glyn Moses, together with a calendar, 2006, to commemorate 120 years since his birth.

The collection comprises: correspondence, financial and other papers, 1957-1992.

Papers of Cymdeithas Gwenynwyr Cymru (CGC) / the Welsh Beekeepers' Association (WBKA), comprising WBKA constitutional and administrative papers, the latter including a significant amount of correspondence dating from the WBKA's establishment in 1943 to 2021; copies of WBKA periodicals and newsletters dating from the 1940s to the present day; material relating to grant applications, training and assessment, summer schools and conventions and to eisteddfodau and shows; documents and papers relating to the genetically modified (GM) crop debate and to pesticide control; items relating to the WBKA's 75th anniversary events in 2018; and a certain amount of miscellaneous material relating to the WBKA.
