Written on the back of a formal bill from Thomas Hird, Clerk of the Bristol and South Wales Roads, General Post Office, London, to Mr J. Williams for newspapers for the quarter 5 Jan. - 5 April 1813, payable to Mr Llewellyn Junr. for Thomas Hird.

The cup has a pastoral scene with a man carrying a child on his shoulders whilst another, slightly older, child walks behind.The print is mounted on yellow paper and has had the corners trimmed to give a lozenge shape.
