Recites a mortgage by demise for 2,000 years to secure £6,000 of premises and others in 1846, that it was assigned in 1847 to 2 in trust for 4, that by the marriage settlement of 4 the said sum of £6,000 was assigned to 3 in trust for the said settlement and that a moiety of the premises was assigned to 3 for the residue of a term of 1,000 years created by the will of Morgan Pryse Lloyd, dec., grandfather of 6 and that the other moiety was assigned to 3 for the residue of a another term of 1,000 years created by a deed of 1844.
