Statutory Declaration of Folliott Duff of Gloucester Place, Middlesex, esq., concerning the marriage of his parents and the births and deaths of their children.

Endorsed: Acknowledgement of Mary Eliza Sturkey before the Perpetual Commissioners of co. Mont. that she voluntarily gave her consent to no. 297, 28 Sept. 1841, and 'Conveyance of Tycornel Fields in Kerry'.

Recites no. 341 which created the term of 500 years, the will of Walter Long, the sale of the estate to 5 and nos 373, 397 and that £1,000 part of the £10,000 due to 2 should be paid to 4.

Recites a mortgage by demise for 2,000 years to secure £6,000 of premises and others in 1846, that it was assigned in 1847 to 2 in trust for 4, that by the marriage settlement of 4 the said sum of £6,000 was assigned to 3 in trust for the said settlement and that a moiety of the premises was assigned to 3 for the residue of a term of 1,000 years created by the will of Morgan Pryse Lloyd, dec., grandfather of 6 and that the other moiety was assigned to 3 for the residue of a another term of 1,000 years created by a deed of 1844.

Survey And Valuation of two farms, part of the estate of the earl of Powis, lying near The New Quay in Tyr y Mynech, p. Guildsfield, co. Mont.

They request recipient to pay their solicitors the sum due to them on security of the Dolforgan estate with such interest as may be due.

Undertaking by John Pryce of t. Kerry, co. Mont., carpenter, that as a further security for £270 which he has borrowed of Thomas Pryce of Manllwyd he has deposited the title deeds relating to Plassey, p. Kerry and that he will execute a mortgage to the said Thomas Pryce of the same.

Devises a m. in t. Gwern-escob, p. Kerry, which he lately purchased from one Hugh Evans to his wife and daughter Mary for their lives and after their deaths to his second son John Gethyn.

Bequeathes money.

Devises the m. where he now dwells, a smith's shop adjoining and one bay of building now used as a stable in t. Kerry to his wife Jane for life.

Devises to his eldest son William Pugh that part of the house, barn and garden wherein he now lives [p. Kerry] and the other part of the said house, barn and garden to his wife Catherine for life and after her death to his said son William, and a house, barn and shop to his wife for life and afterwards to his son John Pugh.
