Has often thought of writing to John Herbert Lewis on the subject of soul books, but is now writing to request a list of 'living books of testimony'. Was glad to hear that the operation had helped John Herbert Lewis. A number of members at Charing Cross have died this year. 'The depression in Wales however has brought a tremendous number of Welsh people into London & the number of tocynnau aelodaeth read on Sunday nights has been longer than ever'. Annie has visited Mrs Mostyn Lewis. Laments the state of the modern world.
