Royal Welsh Ladies' Choir,

Album, 1893-1922, containing press cuttings relating to concerts given by The Royal Welsh Ladies' Choir, conducted by Madame Clara Novello Davies, and their visit to America in 1893 where they won the Champion Prize at the World's Fair in Chicago. Nellie Griffiths was 'a well known Welsh soprano'.

Manuscript part for Clarinet in B♭ only, by R. Vaughan Williams. The part is stamped "The Property of The British Broadcasting Corp., Broadcasting House, London. W.1." and also "These Ms. parts are the property of Boosey & Hawkes Ltd., and the use of them is licensed only to B.B.C.. 1 folio.

Transcripts by A. L. Tusler of 'The Nightingale' and 'The bells of Aberdovey', 1986, for boys' voices (S.S.A) arranged by W. M. Williams [father of Grace Williams], conductor of the Romilly Choirs, Barry, probably about 1910 for a visit to the USA, together with memorabilia relating to the choir. Also included is an order of service for the memorial service of J. Chas. McLean, Cardiff, 1952, containing tunes by him on manuscript paper.
