North Wales Fire Control Room Campaign

The sub-fonds comprises documents related to the campaign against proposals to centralise fire control in Wales in one control room, following a review of fire services in England and Wales by consultants Mott MacDonald on behalf of the Home Office. This would have led to the closure of the North Wales Firs Service control room in Rhyl, in Ann Jones's constituency.
