Grant by Odo, lord of Hodnet, of his daughter Editha in free marriage to Hugh son of Robert of Saye, and to the heirs of the said Editha and Hughe, the soil and wood of Moreton, a moiety of Wildeswineshurst, and a moietie of Middlehurst, the moiety of the mill and vineyard of Middlehurst, bounded by the fields of Moreton, Bletchley, the wood of Lord Ralph of Sandford, Wildeswineshurst, Wylaston, the vineyard of Calverhall; the homage and rent of the heirs of Thomas the forrester of a tmt which he hath held in Moreton Wood.

Relating to the legacies due to the seven younger children of John Morrall.

Account headed '12th account. Money received for Mrs Eliza Bee by Arth'r Tiler, from Lady day 1736 to Lady day 1738', with rents received in respect of Black Friars, Lambeth, Country, Rupert Street, and Ground rents. The back cover is inscribed 'Bee. Account of rents of estates of John Bee esq'. Enclosed is a rent roll and arrears (torn) of Mrs Eliz' Bee's tenants as they stood at Michaelmas 1735, under the headings Black Friars, Lambeth Marsh, Rupert Street, Salisbury, Stockbridge, Silson, Wendelbury, and Russell Court ground rents.

Volume of rentals, including of properties in St Martins, Techell, Dudleston, Cheshire, Iscoed, Bronington, Hanmer and Birmingham, Lady Day 1751-Lady Day 1781. Accounts of interest received on money at interest is included from Lady Day 1762. From the other end of the volume are disbursement accounts, May 1748-June 1774, including annual accounts headed 'Mrs Ann Edwards by ye will & deeds of her sister Mrs Frances Edwards is charg'd with ye payment of ten pounds yearly towards ye support of a charity school founded & endow'd by her s'd suster in Dudleston & for other uses therein mention'd & underneath particularized issuing out of ye rents & proffits of a tenement called Great Farm now in ye occupation of Jane Powel' (or similar), 1748-1751.

Professional account, Dec. 1814-Dec. 1818, including household entries (washing, butcher etc.); some entries, Dec. 1814-Aug. 1816, are wasted on being forwarded to no. 448. Also household account intitled 'Private account commencing June 1 1819 up to which time it is entered in the common cash book', June 1819-June 1828; and 'RM's yearly expenditure, arranged under different headings', including butcher's meat, groceries, rents etc., servants' wages, and journeys etc., mainly for 1834 only, but some carried on to 1838.

Professional account, Dec. 1814-Aug. 1816 (some at least of the entries forwarded from no. 447) and Jan. 1819-Dec. 1839, including some office entries.

Memoranda of properties including in Dudleston, Ifton Rhyn, Ifton Heath and Bronygarth, with field numbers referring to maps 2-4. The only dated item is a note of game killed in 1828. From the rear of the volume are pencil notes relating to a Jones family, 1553-1696.

Photocopies from a volume intitled 'Geo. Drinkwater esq., mayor, 1829 & 30', listing the names of those who sat down to various mayoral dinners, including a dinner for the Duke of Wellington, sessions dinners, dinner parties in Rodney Street, and an election dinner.
