Letter, from GAB, Rhaeadr, to his father at 36 Islington, Liverpool. He describes his journey: he had walked from Newtown to Llanidloes where he stayed "at a small inn called the Bear's Head". The next night he stayed in the inn at Llangurig, and then went on to Rhaeadr "by the Mail". He refers to Harriet James and "his cousins next door" [Sarah and Margaret James].
