[Corporal with Machine Gun Skill-at-arms patch]

Half-length seated, studio portrait of a young corporal. On his sleeve can be seen a patch on which the letters 'MG' within a wreath, showing his proficiency with a Machine Gun. The crossed swords on his upper sleeve denote that he is a physical training instructor.

A corporal in the Pembrokeshire Yeomanry seated in front of a bell tent, presumably during a Territorial Army summer camp. His uniform, including a pillbox hat is more reminiscent of the nineteenth rather than the twentieth century.

Full-length studio portrait of an elderly sergeant in the Welsh Regiment. On his right sleeve he wears five Territorial Force Proficiency Stars and what appears to be a signallers instructors badge above his sergeants stripes. He is also wearing a medal (unidentified) on his left breast.
