[Tabernacl, Aberystwyth?] Sunday school attendance register,

Attendance register for a Sunday school, Jan. [1856]-Dec. 1857, signed off by Hugh Richards, secretary, 27 Dec. 1857. Quarterly statistics of 'Y Llawr' give 46-49 teachers and 343-377 scholars, while occasional notes that scholars left 'i'r lloft' suggests there were further classes in a gallery. Two of the scholars in class 1 are distinguished from each other as 'Mary Jones 1 (Heolybont)' and 'Mary Jones 2 (North Parade)', and another two in class 4 are 'Margaret Morris (Mill St)' and 'Margaret Morris (Trefechan)', suggesting an Aberystwyth chapel, probably Tabernacl.

Includes the names of the teachers and the arrangement of the Sunday school and its branches. On a loose sheet are the statistics of the Aberystwyth District Sunday schools, 1867-1868.
