Mortgage (Assignment by 2 to 3) of the tolls, toll-houses and gates of the road specified in the said Act. Recites that at a meeting of the trustees held at Caerwys on 11 April 1769 it was ordered that five or more of the trustees could borrow upon the credit of the tolls sums of money not exceeding £200.
