On the reverse side are some observations by Iolo Morganwg beginning, '1400 Gower and Chaucer, only two English Poets of the age, at least very few and insignificant besides. But what a Constellation appeared in Wales about that time ...'. 'The Northwalian is running (degenerating) very fast into a new dialect, ...'. Torn.
