Petition of the Archbishops, Bishops, Priests and Deacons, in convocation assembled, to the King, humbly imploring him to relieve them from the intolerable burden of the Christian religion and that they may be permitted to establish the religion of the Greeks and Romans. (In the autograph of Iolo Morganwg, ?1799. 'The above was copied from Advice to the Clergy of every Denomination and Degree, &c. London, printed for Baldwin, Paternoster Row, 1786'). Damaged. He stayed at Dr Kippis's yesterday until near half past two. He has seen Mr Vaughan, who told him that there was a gentleman in town, an inhabitant of St Mary's, (? Jamaica). They are just going home where they will be glad to see the addressee and the Litany, which he finds was read after he left the addressee on Monday. Endorsed: 'Dr Williams Sydenham'.
