Writ Of Dedimus Potestatem directed to Rees Williams, knight, and Owen David, Walter Davies, Hugh Thomas, Evan Morris, and Isucael Thomas, gentlemen, commanding them to receive the depositions of Margarett Vaughan, widow, of the one part, and Thomas Hughes, gent, Tirza, his wife, and Hugh Jones, gent, of the other part. The said persons are the parties named in a writ of convention pending before the Justices of the next Court of Great Sessions for the county of Carmarthen, touching one messuage, one garden, twenty acres of land, five acres of meadow, ten acres of pasture, two acres of wood, and fifteen acres of gorse and heath in the parish of Llanedy in the county of Carmarthen. When the said Rees, Owen, Walter, Hugh, Evan, and Isucael have received the depositions of both parties, they are to inform the Justices so that a fine may be levied upon the said messuage and lands.
