Abstract of Title of the Trustees of William Wynne Sparrow to an undivided moiety of certain hereditaments and premises in the counties of Denbigh and Carnarvon, contracted to be sold to [J. LL.] Wynne and the Rev. [John] Boulger. Contains two sheets of pedigrees. At the foot, the holograph opinion of J.P. Wilmot of the Temple, 2 September, 1839. The Abstract is drawn by O. Owen of Gadlys, Beaumaris, and is noted with further memoranda of proceedings made and to be made in respect of this title.
