Abstract of the Title of Robert William Wynne, esq., to a Freehold Farm called Penyfrith or Fridd y garreg fawr in the Parish of Bettws yn Rhos, co. Denbigh. The deeds range from 5 June, 1841 to 5 December 1885, which lastly mentioned is endorsed not affecting the subject of this abstract. Endorsed: "Received 2. 1. 93.".

Denbigh, advertised to be sold by auction at the Cross Foxes Inn, Prestatyn, on Thursday, 30 April 1857, by Messrs Churton.
