Suit in H. M. Court of Chancery between Richard Tait, plaintiff, and John Lord Northwick, defendant. Certificate that Thomas Lloyd "purchasers of Lot No. 5." has paid into the Bank of England the sum of £300 to the account of the Accountant General to the credit of this suit, as appears by the receipt of Mr C.
