The log book of H.M.S. Doris (Captain (afterwards Sir) Christopher Cole (1770-1837)) from 31 January 1808 to 22 April 1809. It bears the armorial bookplate of Sir Christopher Cole which commemorates his exploit of storming the citadel of Belgica on the island of Neira in 1810.
