[Landscape with teasels]

A view of rough grazing land in which a member of the genus Dipsacus (aka teasel) is prominent in the foreground. Teasels are not native to South America. The teasel photographed here is probably Dipsacus fullonum.

A framed painting of two men leading horses along a country road. In the middle distance scattered cottages, in the far distance mountains. The painting has been photographed on an easel with a Kodak Colour Control Patch visible in the bottom of the frame.

A view across a landscape characterised by a patchwork of small fields seperated by stone walls. The sea is visible in the distance. Possibly taken from the hills between Caernarfon & Bangor and looking over the Menai towards Niwbwrch, the sands visible as a long low spit.

Formal group portrait of approximately 75 officers and men of the Pembroke Yeomanry. The presence of a tent on one side of the image suggests that this was taken at a Territorial Army Camp in the years preceding the outbreak of the First World War.
