A valuation book containing valuations, [1874]-1882, by William Dew & Son, Bangor, auctioneers and valuers, of parts of the Llanfawr estate in Holyhead, Anglesey, [1874] (ff. 3 verso-66), and of the Coedmawr estate, Llanbeblig and Llanfaglan, Caernarvonshire, 14-16 February 1882 (ff. 81 verso-92).
Tables of purchasers and prices realised in the Llanfawr estate auction are included on ff. 69 verso-78. A rough sketch plan of Ty Eiddaw [i.e. Ty Eiddew] farm, Llanfaglan, is on ff. 89 verso-90.

The volume includes notes, [1875], for the valuation of the Pwllycrochon [Pwll-y-crochan] estate, Colwyn Bay, in October 1875 (ff. 9 verso-25), with further notes for parts of the same estate, November 1875-February 1876 (ff. 53 verso-57); and a few notes, dated 8 September 1875, on the valuation of the Cynfal estate, Festiniog, Merioneth (ff. 4 verso-5, 6 verso-8).
