From 1896 there are various accounts relating to Penmaenmawr, Caernarvonshire, in general (ff. 50-273 passim) and to Plas Mariandir in particular (ff. 50-58). Items previously loose in the volume (22 ff.) have been tipped in. An index is included at the beginning of the volume (ff. i-xiii).

A number of other accounts also relate to these properties (pp. 112, 127-129, 151, 153-155, 191-192, 273-279, 297-298, 300). An index is included at the beginning of the volume (ff. i-xiii).
