Manuscript and typescript copies of poetry, in Welsh, by the Reverend William Alfa Richards ('Alfa', 1875-1931), Brynaman, co. Carmarthen, comprising the winning awdl in the Central Hall, London Eisteddfod, 1922; awdlau entered for the National Eisteddfod of Wales chair competitions at Ammanford 1922, Mold 1923, Pwllheli 1925 and Swansea 1926; a pryddest entered for the crown competition at the National Eisteddfod of Wales, Pwllheli, 1925; and an untitled pryddest, possibly entered for the crown competition at the National Eisteddfod of Wales, Liverpool, 1929.

Baledi a cherddi ardal Beddgelert,

The original manuscript of 'Casgliad o Hen Faledi a Cherddi ... Beddgelert' which won the prize for Carneddog at the national eisteddfod held at Pwllheli, 1925. The collection consists of three hundred and four poems by various writers living in Wales, the United States of America, and Australia, most of whom were in some way or other connected with Beddgelert and neighbourhood. There is a list of the writers, who range in date from the eighteenth to the twentieth century.
