Williams, managing director of Gwasg Gee, and his wife, Kate Roberts, against Periodical Press Ltd, following the allegedly defamatory reference to them in an article in the News Review, 21 January 1937, including two letters from I. D. Hooson and Caradog Prichard (ff. 12-14).

Papers, [1788x1937], largely comprising records, accounts and correspondence of or relating to the Gee printing and publishing press, Denbigh. Also included in the collection are a volume of holograph sermons, c. 1790, by the Reverend John Davies of Nantglyn, Denbighshire and a nineteenth-century volume of hymn-tunes, psalms, etc.
