Letters to Wilhelm Ganz,

Over thirty letters and cards, 1876-[c. 1911], in English, French and German, mostly addressed to Wilhelm Ganz from singers and musicians and reflecting his prominence in the concert life of Victorian England. Among the correspondents are Emma Calvé (2) 1898 and 1902, Edouard de Reszke (2) 1900 and n.d., Jean de Reszke (1) 1904, Dame Nellie Melba (3) n.d., Christine Nilsson (2) 1881 and 1883, and J. Sims Reeves (2) 1880.
