Among the subjects discussed are news of relatives and friends; money matters; printing processes, equipment, and estimates, with references to publications by the writer and the recipients; the whereabouts of the schooner 'Margaret Jones'; advice in the matter of Thomas Davies's bankruptcy; the death of P. M.
