A collection of abridged reports of cases in the Courts of Common Pleas and King's Bench, 18 Elizabeth - 8 Charles I, with an index of names and a table of subjects. A bookseller's description of the manuscript attributes it to Sir John Dolben (1684-1756), possibly in error for Sir William Dolben (d. 1694), judge.
