Together with correspondence between Seren Books and others involved in the publishing of the volume and from David Alston, who wrote the foreword. Also included are draft versions of Tony Curtis's introduction to the volume; a review of the volume in a Seren booklet of recent publications; and a photocopy of the proposed cover of the volume. The material ranges from the project's inception in 1992 to the book's publication in 1997.
