The file also contains two letters, 1993-1994, from Tony Curtis inviting Gillian Clarke to contribute to the book How poets work (Bridgend, c.1996).

The file also contains two notebooks, 1995-1998, namely manuscript drafts of poems for Five fields and those produced during workshops, and includes a list of poems selected for Collected poems.

Nine green gardens,

Papers, 1997-1999, relating to a series of poems by Gillian Clarke about Aberglasney entitled Nine green gardens (Llandysul, 2000); together with correspondence, 1998-1999, a typescript copy of 'Aberglasne: nine green gardens', typescript drafts of the poem 'The yew tunnel in winter', and research notes.

Typescript copies, including drafts, 1969-1971, of poems by Gillian Clarke, a number of which were subsequently published in The sundial (Llandysul, 1978).

Notebooks,

The file compries notebooks, most of which contain manuscript drafts of both published and unpublished poems by Gillian Clarke, including part of 'Letter from a far country', 'Cofiant', 'Storm: Pwyll & Rhiannon', and pieces for The sundial, Five fields, The Animal Wall, and Nine green gardens. Some poems and notes appear to have been written during workshops. Also included are some drafts of prose works; plots and notes for stories; and notes pertaining to The Anglo-Welsh Review.

Tegwch y bore: translations,

Typescript copies, [1985x1999], of English translations of Tegwch y bore by Kate Roberts. One version by Rhydwen Williams, entitled 'One bright morning', contains manuscript notes by Gillian Clarke. The file also includes another translation by Gillian Clarke entitled 'The glory of the beauty of the morning'.
