Agreements between the Trust, banks, building societies, Barry Urban District Council, contractors and lessees, including leases, underleases, assignments, sales of freehold reversions, mortgages, and undertakings to carry out work on properties at Trem-y-Don, Barry, together with correspondence between the Trust, solicitors, architects, estate agents, contractors, banks, insurers, lessees, Barry Borough Council, Barry Urban District Council and the South Wales Electricity Board concerning proposals and plans for the development of the area and of individual building plots, planning permission and licenses, specifications of buildings, leases, underleases, ground rents, sales of freehold reversions, assignments, mortgages, insurance, alterations and extensions to properties, maintenance of properties, street works expenses, roads, footpaths, drains and sewers, responsibility for maintenance of public highways, war damage contributions, boundary walls and fences, tax, deaths and probates of lessees, nuisances (including a caravan, a tumble drier, and unauthorised ball games, camping, car parking and refuse tipping), disputes involving lessees, contractors' tenders, and architects' and solicitors' fees, with related drawings, plans, notes, notices, certificates, memoranda, legal opinions, accounts, Central Land Board forms, Land Charges Registry forms, press cuttings and photographs, as well as a few papers that also relate to Marine Drive, Min-y-Môr and Porth-y-Castell.
