Arrangements for Schools Broadcasts,

Folk-song and carol arrangements for voices (mainly unison) and orchestra. Arranged for the BBC schools' programme 'Rhythm and Melody'. For Four folk-songs, 'O rare Turpin', 'The Shepherdess'/'Il était une bergère' (French), 'Bonny at morn', 'The Song of the flax' (Russian), for unison voices and piano, [broadcast Easter 1950], see under Miscellaneous Arrangements, H13.

Vivien Cutting,

Vivien Cutting became acquainted with Grace Williams during their teaching days at Southlands College, Wimbledon Park Side, in the 1930s. Their friendship continued until Grace Williams's death, and included the time Vivien Cutting spent at Newtown and Southampton.
