S. Thomas, 1970, Ian Robinson, 1990-2014, Patrick Muirhead, 1998-2000; also Penelope Lively, 1979, Roald Dahl, 1980, Alan Garner, 1981, Clive King, 1982, and Rosemary Sutcliff, 1983, these latter as adjudicators of the annual Marlborough House school Nicholas Brown essay competition), and including some posthumous items.

Correspondents include Winston Churchill, thanking Llewellyn for his services as minister with responsibility for Welsh Affairs in the home Office, James Callaghan discussing gambling policy and a common response to requests for donations as Cardiff MPs, Ted Heath regarding tax policy and Harold Macmillan regarding Llewellyn's knighthood.
