[Crib Goch under a stormy sky]

Unframed rectangular oil painting photographed on an easel in the artists studio with a Kodak Colour Control Patch at the top. Painting shows Crib Goch and surrounding mountainous scenery under a sky that changes from white to dark grey.

Five crocus flowering in an earthenware plant pot. The corners of the print have been trimmed to give a slight lozenge shape. It appears that an attempt has been made, probably during developing of the print, to create a vignetting effect. The print is mounted on a pastel green paper.

A crowd of men, all wearing suits, bowler hats and rosettes outside the Plough Inn, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. The licensee's name is D. Humphreys. The licensee's name appears to have been hastily added to a pre-existing sign board suggesting he only recently took the premises over. Possibly connected with a general election.

Mr Jonathon owns a clock shop. Avril visits him and they find the clocks have stopped ticking. When alone in the shop, the clock begin talking to Avril. They have stopped ticking in order to stop time. The clocks put Avril into the cuckoo clock, and the cuckoo shows her around inside the clock whilst helps her come up with a plan to get the clocks ticking again.
