Is glad to hear that he is well. She thinks (i.e. ?means) to leave this place tomorrow morning for she cannot think of being absent from home a fortnight longer, which must be the case if she does not go tomorrow. It will be impossible for her and the &c. to return here next spring, she fears, and after coming should they be disappointed by him it will be a bad affair. What (?books) he sent here are at Molly Gregory's, safe, excepting one set which she (PW) had very particular reasons for taking out. The box is nailed and corded and should he send a letter before he receives this Molly Gregory will direct it to her. Should anything happen to prevent his being as good as his word, asking him to send her a letter of attorney immediately, otherwise they will be badly off. It is by the Newport boat she intends going and it is a question if ever she will be able to go h[o]me - she has not tasted anything b[ut] rum and milk since Saturday night. She will write as soon as she is at home. P. S. Requesting him to bring with him what he has bought for her.

P. B. Williams, ?India Road, to ----. He would feel most obliged if, when most convenient, the addressee would print the enclosed literary notice in his chronicle, or any portion of it he may select - he will readily see that without the red ink observations, which are written for the addressee's information, the paper is remarkably short. The notice begins 'We have just seen the Cambrian Quarterly Magazine for July.'
