An Epitaph by Edward Williams beginning, 'When from this world the virtuous go'. Written on the back of a formal bill from Thomas Hird, Clerk of the Bristol and South Wales Roads, General Post Office, London, to Mr J. Williams for newspapers for the quarter 5 Jan. - 5 April 1813, payable to Mr Llewellyn Junr. for Thomas Hird.

An account (crossed out) beginning 'Pedair Cadair wrth Gerdd y sydd ynghymru ...'. On the reverse side is a note beginning 'Lleu, lle, or llên, is the same as Gawl, gwawl, and goleu ...', followed by 'I have before observed that the Britons became civilized in those ages when the Roman learning was in its highest perfection and greatest purity ...'. There are also some stanzas of verse (D. ddu Eryri and Cynddelw) and at the bottom of the page a note headed '(Preface)' beginning, 'However I may have been mistaken in some, perhaps in many things, I can assure the reader ... that ...'.
