- John Phillipp of Llawhadden, yeoman, and Margaret his wife;. 2. Thomas Canon, esq. Bond in £60 for the further assurance of land called Llandilus in Vaynor Llawhadden sometime the land of Rice Prickarde, land called Croft Beynon otherwise Tyor John David Eynon in Vaynor Llawhadden, land called Hendrey glyngwytha otherwise Eldwall in Yaynor Llawhadden aforesaid as it extends from the hedge or enclosure of the lands of Ievan Harry in Vaynor as it runs down directly by a 'landskare' to the way of ? Gelemythe and over that way called Croft Bathoe on the north side of a piece of land now 'eard' by Ievan Phillip and running eastward to ye gwerne and hedge of Llandilus, and all that messuage or tenement called Crofts Bathos in Vaynor Llanwhadden, and all other messuages, lands, etc., called Croft Bathoe, Carbiglye and Kilvaghe Y Bonon in Vaynor aforesaid, and all the lands and tenements which are or were in the property of Evan Phillipp Goorwared 'further' (? father) to the said John Phillip lying between the lake or river called Glyn y guyther in Vaynor aforesaid in the east part and a tenement called Glyncallett in Vaynor in the west part which the said Thomas Canon heretofore purchased of the said Evan Phillipp Gwrwared.
