Also miscellaneous bills and a letter, Nov. 1914, from Lewis Jones of Merthyr Tydfil regarding the unacceptable behaviour of troops based at Cardiff who return to their home town of Merthyr Tydfil at the weekends and get drunk, thus causing 'respectable fellows' to hesitate about enlisting 'if they have to mix with the type of soldier that comes into Merthyr for the weekend'. He also includes suggestions regarding the uniform. 1914.
