A file containing a suggested draft outline of the chapters of the Report of the Palestine Commission of Enquiry, together with a typescript copy of the Resolutions of the XVI Zionist Congress held at Zurich, 28 July-11 Aug. 1929, and texts of the resolutions relating to Agricultural Colonisation, Labour and Urban Settlement, Finance Policy, the Palestine Budget, Immigration, Health, Education and Culture and Organisation and Propaganda.

A file containing copies of the Memorandum submitted to His Majesty's Government by the Jewish Agency for Palestine, May 1930: The Development of the Jewish National Home in Palestine and the Minutes of the Seventeenth (Extraordinary) Session of the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations held at Geneva from June 3rd to 21st 1930, including the Report of the Commission to the Council and Comments by the Mandatory Power. The file also includes a large number of typescript reports, memoranda and notes relevant to the conduct and work of the Commission.

A file of detailed minutes in the hand of RHM of the proceedings of the Commission, together with a typescript 'Provisional' Memorandum, dated 6 December 1929, on 'The Palestine Riots 1929' prepared by the Intelligence Department of the League of Nations Union, and a covering letter, 17 January 1930, from Freda White, the League of Nations Union, to RHM.

A folder labelled 'Palestine Government', and containing mainly cuttings from The Near East and India, 1929, together with a few cuttings from national newspapers, and three letters, Sept. 1929, addressed to RHM and concerning the establishment of the Palestine Commission. The letters include one, 10 Sept. 1929, from Sidney Webb, Lord Passfield, to RHM inviting him to become a member of the Commission.

A manuscript diary kept by Sir Rhys Hopkin Morris whilst a member of the Parliamentary Delegation to Tanganyika, containing detailed entries for the period 10 Aug.-31 Oct. 1928.
