Abstract Of Tithe Apportionment, dated 1 Aug. 1838, confirmed 1841, whereby rectorial tithes in respect of lands in t. Treflach, p. Oswestry, Shropshire (schedule appended) in the possession of Rowland Hunt, esq., of Boreatton Hall, t. Treflach, were merged in the freehold of the said lands, and a rentcharge of £63.15.0 p.a. to be paid to him. Deed donated by Mr W. E. Roberts, 84 Fewston Close, Newton Aycliffe, co. Durham, in Nov. 1988.

Abstract Of Title to lands disposable under the will, dated 18 Jan. 1825, of James Lobbett, dec., being 2 m's on Stow Hill, and a parcel of ground (555 sq. yd) on which the testator built a dwelling house and warehouse, t. Newport; the site of a m. and 6 parcels of land called The Potato Garden, Wain Bompren, Cae Lan, Wain Buttar, Caer Robin and Warlod, now known as Coedea Farm (8a.), and a parcel of land with a dwelling house lately used as a Poor House for ht Rogerstone, all p. Bassaleg; a parcel of customary land (4a.), p. St Wollos, in man. Malpas and Mendlegief; a dwelling house with a field, cover and woodland called Cae-bach-opei, being part of a farm called Ceffn y-Forrest, p. Bedwelty, with 4 cottages lately erected there; a parcel of ground (100 sq. yds) in p. Trevethin, with dwelling houses built thereon; all in co. Mon. and further described. Abstract Of Title, 1709-1808, of Kenric Edward Eyton, esq., dec., to m's and lands in p. Ruabon, co. Flint, and t. Penley [p. Penley, co. Flint, but once part of p. Ellesmere] and to a capital m. [Eyton Hall, p. Erbistock] and lands in p's Bangor and Overton, co. Flint, and Erbistock, co. Denb. The said m's and lands devised in trust by Kee in his recited will of 10 Sept 1796. Kee died in Jan 1807 and the devisees in trust renounced the devises by a recited deed poll of 23 Aug 1808.
