The reminiscences of William Robert Hall (1849-1937), written in forty exercise books and published serially in The Cambrian News, 1920-1921.

A collection of photographs (290 colour, 35 b&w), mainly by Ian Campbell covering a range of protest movements and associated organisational banners including a march in Cheltenham in aid of GCHQ workers, anti nuclear bunker protests in Carmarthen, anti-nuclear and anti UCW cutback rallies in Aberystwyth, events at Greenham Common, a 40th birthday party for the NHS in Aberystwyth and some family photos.

Material relating to the exhibition held at Aberystwyth in 1909 to celebrate the centenary of the introduction of printing into the town, comprising minutes of the exhibition committee, correspondence and press cuttings, and copies of the booklets issued and of addresses given by David Samuel. Also included are the signatures of visitors to the exhibition.

Notebook, c. 1865-80, containing culinary recipes compiled by William Edward Davies or his wife Mary Evered Davies (née Poole); Davies was a grocer and provision merchant at Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock until the late 1870s and thereafter baker and confectioner at Pier Street, Aberystwyth.

They include correspondence and papers relating to the attempts to unite Y Coleg Coffa and Coleg Bala-Bangor at Aberystwyth between 1981 and 1989. They also include the College's annual reports and accounts, financial papers, papers deriving from the proceedings of the committee set up to decide the location of a united college, and statistics relating to the attendance at the colleges. A commonplace book of Aberystwyth provenance attributed by J. H. Davies to his grandfather Robert Davies (1789-1841). It is written in more than one hand and consists largely of maxims and aphorisms of a religious nature, prayers and, especially, abstracts of sermons preached at Calvinistic Methodist Association and other meetings at Aberystwyth, 1825-7 and undated. Watermark: 1814.

Score-book, 1904-1906, of Ceredigion (Aberystwyth) Cricket Club. Correspondence and other papers, 1937-48, relating mainly to subscriptions to, and fixtures of, the club after it was re-formed, found loose inside the volume, have been filed separately (MS 22677iiD).
