Annotated abstracts of Montgomeryshire (especially Arwystley) and Merioneth probate records, 1660-1695, preserved in the District Probate Registry, Bangor. MSS. 11859, 11861 are indexed. At the end of MS. 11859 are abstracts, from the papers of D. C. Ll[oyd-] O[wen], of probate records of Arwystli interest, 1582-1781 and undated.

Annotated abstracts of Arwystli and Estimaner probate records preserved in the District Probate Registry, Bangor, 1635-1855. MS. 11862 contains similar abstracts (partly from the papers of D. C. Ll[oyd-] O[wen]) of Montgomeryshire probate records preserved in Somerset House, 1681/2-1778. MS. 11862 is indexed. MS. 11863, compiled in 1924, contains extracts from the parish registers of Towyn, Pennal, and Talyllyn, 1663-1840, and extracts of Montgomeryshire interest from printed sources, including pedigrees and lists of contributions to the London Missionary Society, 1799, 1824, 1831-1832.

Annotated abstracts of Montgomeryshire and Merioneth probate records proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury and in the Consistory Court of the diocese of Bangor, 1638-1794; abstracts of inquests from gaol files of Machynlleth District, 1676-1830 (?from the papers of E[dward] R[owley] M[orris]); and lists of chief constables and bailiffs of Machynlleth Hundred, 1661-1830. The volume was compiled in 1922.

Draft pedigrees and miscellaneous genealogical extracts and notes from parish registers and other manuscript sources and from printed publications relating largely to individual Montgomeryshire families, e.g., Jervis of Llanbryn-mair, Burton of Darowen, Bennett of Trefeglwys, etc., Bowen of Trefeglwys and Llanwnnog, Swancott of Trefeglwys and Llanwnnog, Kinsey of Llandinam, Savage of Trefeglwys and Llanwnnog, Goodwyn of Trefeglwys, Worthington of Trefeglwys, Mills of Trefeglwys, Jerman of Trefeglwys, Ashton of Trefeglwys, Pughe of Darowen and Penegoes, Pugh of Aberffrydlan [in Llanwrin] and Abergwydol [in Darowen], etc. Among other items included in the extracts are some nineteenth century statistics of Calvinistic Methodist churches and Sunday Schools in the Llanidloes area; material relating to Llanbryn-mair from parochial records, 1663-1821, and from records of the Court of Great Sessions, 1662-85/6; abstracts of probate records of Quakers in Trefeglwys, 1708-76; and a pedigree chart of Principal J. H. Davies, University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.
