Two composite commonplace books of Edward Jones, Cyrchynan-uchaf, Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog, 1824-1831, containing lists of preachers' texts, farming accounts and memoranda, overseers' accounts, sheep ear-marks, a ' carol plygain' (1830) by R. Williams and other verses in free metres, equivalent Welsh and English words and expressions, etc.

A memorandum book of the Reverend William Lloyd, Caernarvon, son of Robert Lloyd of Nefyn, and one of the three clergymen in North Wales who did not sever their connection with the Calvinistic Methodists after the first ordination in 1811. The volume contains statements of the writer's expenses at Jesus College, Oxford, 1798-1800; memoranda of the payment by Mr. Grindley of the writer's salary, 1802-1808 (£15 15s., being quarter's salary, 1802; £15 2s., being balance for serving Rhoscolyn, 1808); particulars of agricultural and household disbursements, 1811-1812; theological and sermon notes; a list of sermons preached at seventeen specified places in Anglesey, 7-23 December, 1827; and medical recipes.

Notes of sermons largely by, and in the hand of, John Jones (1807-75), Calvinistic Methodist minister of Blaenannerch, Cardiganshire. MS. 11336 contains a certificate of declarations and subscriptions to oaths made by John Jones (described as of Bryn Hyfrid, parish of Tremain), 16 July, 1863.

A volume of sermon notes, in different hands, belonging on 28 April, 1825, to David Arthur of Pantycelyn, later co-pastor of Builth Baptist Church. Pages 1-74 are described in a colophon as 'cyfieithiad pigion o Gyfansoddiad Saesnig' (translations of selections from English compositions) by Josiah Evans (d. 1792), pastor of Pantycelyn Baptist Church. At the beginning and the end and in occasional blank spaces in the volume are written Welsh hymns, and there is at the end also a list of the sermons comprised in pages in pages 1-88. On page 109 is recorded the marriage of Rees Arthur [son of David Arthur] and Ann Arthur, his wife, 5 December, 1851.

Two groups of sermons in the hand of John Davies ('Ioan Dafydd'; 1840-1933), a native of Talgarreg, Cardiganshire, curate of Rhyl, and subsequently public preacher in the diocese of St. Davids. The sermons were preached during the period 1866-83 at Llanfihangel [Abercowin], St. Clears, Mydrim, Llanina, Rhos[[llannerchrugog], Penmon, Llanfaes, Rhyl, etc. Among other material contained in MS. 11131 are a volume of sermons by Henry Lewis Davies, vicar of Cenarth, preached during the period 1838-65 at Tottenhill and Wormegay, Norfolk, and at Troedyraur, Llangoedmore, Llangrannog, Cenarth, and Brongwyn, Cardiganshire, etc.; two sermons in an unidentified hand, [18]82 and undated; and a biographical note by John Davies on Chancellor D. Silvan Evans.

A volume containing nine autograph sermons by the Reverend Hugh Davies ('Hywel Ddu o Arfon', d. 1909), curate of Glasinfryn, co. Caernarfon, 1876-83, afterwards serving with the South American Missionary Society at Chubut, Patagonia, with details of the date and place of delivery, 1871-9 and 1906-8, together with an index of texts (f. i verso).
