Autograph copy, [1956], of Margiad Evans's poem 'The Thunderstorm', dated 1954 but said to have been written while a patient at the [Kent and Sussex] Hospital, Tunbridge Wells, two years earlier. The poem is apparently unpublished.

A volume containing autograph fair copies, [c. 1916], of fifteen poems by W. H. Davies, some of them apparently unpublished, submitted to James Guthrie for publication by the Pear Tree Press as a collection entitled 'Quiet Streams'; annotations have been added by Lord Kenyon.
A letter, 1916, from Davies to Guthrie, originally loose in the volume, has been tipped in on f. 16.

Manuscript volume containing two essays, [c. 1953], by Margiad Evans, on Emily Brontë (ff. 1-16, chapter 1 of a projected book-length study), and John Clare (ff. 45-54), together with an apparently unpublished short story entitled 'The Lordly Ones' and four draft poems, one of which, 'In memory of a little god', appeared in The Fortnightly, n. s. 1053 (Sept. 1954), pp. 198-200, whilst the others are apparently unpublished.

A presentation typescript copy by the author, H. W. Badley, Mold, afterwards of Hawarden, of a poem written in March, 1933, under the title of 'Y Gwir yn erbyn y byd. Here followeth ye (Poster) Prize Poem of ye Welsh National Eisteddfod, Wrexham, 1933. Dedicated, without permission, but with due respect, to the Appeals Committee. Not for competition.'

Twenty-six letters and cards, 1961-1969, from Brenda Chamberlain to Alan Clodd of Enitharmon Press, relating mainly to the publication of her Poems with Drawings (1969) and Alun Lewis and the Making of the Caseg Broadsheets (1969). Also included are a few sketches, poems and photographs, 1936-1969, presented by Chamberlain to Clodd.

Typescript drafts, [1941x1942], of six poems by Brenda Chamberlain, sent by her to Alun Lewis. Two of the poems, 'Would it not move to pity ...' and 'Dead Ponies', were published in The Dublin Magazine, 16 (July-September 1941), pp. 7-10; the others are apparently unpublished.
