Two large files and several other individual drafts, copies and published versions of speeches, broadcasts, essays and lectures given by William George Arthur Ormsby-Gore to various colonial and international organisations, scientific bodies, educational and cultural institutions, and conferences between 1925 and 1944. The subject matter reflects both his work in colonial administration and politics, and his personal interest in fine art, galleries and museums.

Letters received by Albert Owen Evans in connection with his work and writings in preparation for the tercentenary celebration, 1924, of the death of Edmwnd Prys, translator of the metrical psalms into Welsh, with copies of programmes, of addresses and sermons delivered on the occasion of the tercentenary, and of articles and booklets prepared by A. O. Evans.

Gaelic translations, by James McDougall, Duror, of English hymns, and a letter, 1856, and a 'parting Address' in verse- 'Earail Dealaichaidh', written by William Findlater to 'The Office-bearers, Members and Adherents of the Free Church Congregation, Parish of Durness'.

Addresses given on various occassions, together with an account of a meeting held to welcome E. Ceredig Jones as minister of Chapel Lane chapel, Bradford.

A farewell address, dated 15 September 1917, written by J. Edwal Williams, headmaster of Brynconin School, Llandissilio, Pembrokeshire, to pupils entering the County School at Narberth.
Williams's son, the poet Waldo Williams, was then twelve years of age and was possibly one of the pupils being addressed.
