Holograph letters and miscellaneous papers of the families of Morrall of Cilhendre, etc., and Challnor of Plas Yolyn, etc. The writers include Jo[hn] Morrall, London, to his brother, 1700 (the writer's voyages); [Eliza Church], Greenwich, to Mr. [Edward] Morrall, Kellhendre, 1739 (Debby's marriage, etc.); [Sir] Edwd. Lloyd, London, to Wm. Challnor, etc., 1747/8-1749 (7) (the sale of Plas Yollin estate); Geo. Evanes, Red Lyon Square [London], to [Thomas] Knight, Whitchurch, 1748/9 (a draft release [of Plas Yolyn]); Will. Prichard, Shrewsbury, to Mr. Morrall at Mr. Challnor's, 1766 (the signing of a mortgage, Sir H. Bridgeman's nomination); [the Reverend] Davd. William Earl of Craven, 1670/1; a receipt for a legacy of £20 under the will of Frances Edwards late of Keelhendre, 1757; a pass given to Edward Morrall to go from Helsingfors to St. Petersburg, 1801; and undated [eighteenth century] particulars of land belonging to Mr. Morrall.
