The file contains correspondence and papers relating to the organizing of a symposium on 'Writing as a craft' in the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, in March 1976. Taking part were Elaine Morgan, Emyr Humphreys, Glyn Jones and Leslie Norris. The event was chaired by Malcom Kelsall and organised by the Academi in partenership with the University College of Cardiff.

The file consists of typescript poems, some drafts, by Leslie Norris, 1968-1985 (with gaps). Some include manuscript amendments and notes in the hand of Leslie Norris and a number are signed by the poet. Several items also contain brief notes in the hand of Glyn Jones, which mostly appear to identify poems included in Ransoms, or Mountains, polecats, pheasants.
