Miscellaneous papers,1917-37, relating to the establishment, development, activities and administration of the League of Nations Union and some other bodies persuing similar ends. They include the minutes of various committees and sub-committees, many memoranda and reports, the texts of speeches (some delivered by David Davies), relevant press cuttings, material concerning relevant publications, and posters and flyers. Some of the documents relate to the work and potential role of the League of Nations itself.

Miscellaneous documents, 1922-39, mainly typescript memoranda relating to the background to the establishment of, and the development of the New Commonwealth Society set up primarily by David Davies in 1932. The documents relate to themes including the League of Nations Union, disarmament, the Covenant of the League of Nations, the American Peace Society, and the concept of setting up an international peace force in the 1930s. There is also a detailed memorandum, November 1929, drawn up by David Davies on a recent visit to Paris and Switzerland and discussions there.

They include the agenda and minutes of the Welsh National Council, and various committees and sub-committees, memoranda and reports, circulars and circular correspondence, and newsletters. Some of the documents concern the role and work of the League of Nations and other bodies like the National Peace Council, and the International Peace Campaign. Many of the documents from the period following the Second World War derive from the work of the United Nations Association, the United States Information Service and the Atomic Energy Commission of the United Nations.
